I didn't know what producing was a few years ago.  

 

I did know that most actors on shows eventually became them, and I also could tell when the show changed personel in this role.  Who knew I would one day become one of them.

 

In October of 2013 I became the producer for a show, #MentorMonday.

 

And that's where all the fun started!

 

Twice a month we take Mondays and make memories, teachable moments, and massive "Ohhhhhh noooooo!" tweets.  We are changing the game of mentoring...one Monday at a time.
